Charges: After the initial onboarding is complete, the payment for the first month must be paid beforehand. The complete details about the charges will be mentioned in your proposal on a monthly basis. Recurring payments are charged monthly. Customers are expected to clear the bill on the beginning of the month, excluding invoices for the services availed on the first month, which are adjusted in accordance with the official onboarding date of clients.
Agreement Term, Cancellation and Refunds: Customers agreed to make the payment are needed to pay at the beginning of each month for the services that are to be delivered. Services are offered in monthly increments. Cosmolance Tech will not refund the amount for the services already availed. A customer has the freedom to cancel their services whenever they want to provided serving 10 days’ advance notice ( before the end of the current month) to Cosmolance Tech, to avoid future charges.
No Liability: Cosmolance Tech, its suppliers, officers, directors, and employees, shall not be responsible for any damages, counting business information loss, personal injuries, business loss, state licensing requirements, or any other loss, except the amount paid for the services.
Billing: Customers may make the payment through credit card to Cosmolance Tech, Inc.’s payment portal on cosmolance.com/pay, recurring bank draft payments or check remittance.
Cancellation of Services: If client wishes to cancel their services, they may call Cosmolance Tech or drop a mail requesting to cancel the services, Inc with at least a 10 days’ advanced notice of the following month. Cosmolance Tech sends a cancellation acknowledgment in writing to client to complete the cancellation process and to prevent services from being carried out after the cancellation month.
Communication: The customer needs to be supportive of their digital marketing campaign and be responsive to Cosmolane Tech for a reasonable period of time. If they are not, it may affect the performance with no compromising on the service costs.
Terms and Conditions: Cosmolance Tech may change its terms and conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion. To record your terms and conditions for your service, we advise you to save the current terms and conditions in a file or may be electronically.
Governing Law and Venue: By purchasing Cosmolance Tech services, your agreement will be governed by the law of India. You also agree and submit to the jurisdiction in case of any discrepancy in connection with your purchase of Cosmolance Tech, Inc.’s services.
